What to expect

This session explores boundaries, voice and personal sovereignty. Through guided meditation, journaling and symbolic ritual, you will be invited to notice where you say yes when you truly mean no, where guilt shapes your choices and where you may be abandoning your own needs. Lilith’s energy is not about rejection for its own sake. It is about honest discernment, the ability to recognise what supports your truth and what asks you to betray it.
