What to expect

Persephone invites you to enter the quiet spaces within yourself, the places where change is already happening, even when you cannot yet see where it is leading. This session explores descent, transition and renewal. Through guided meditation, journaling and symbolic ritual, you will be invited to reflect on what has been lost, what is asking to be remembered and what new part of you is preparing to emerge. Persephone’s journey teaches that darkness is not always an ending. Sometimes it is a necessary passage: a place of deep listening, transformation and hidden growth.
