Day 1:

Preparation and Training (Pool - Amarcintra)

​

• Time: Afternoon session (3:00 PM - 6:00 PM)

• Activity:

  • Pool diving baptism in Amarcintra’s private pool.

  • Basic theoretical instructions on safety and diving techniques, followed by practice in the pool.

  • Participants will learn how to handle equipment, control breathing, and practice basic diving techniques.

  • Included: Diving equipment, certified instructor, refreshing drinks by the pool.

Day 2:

Ocean Diving and Alternative Tour (Sesimbra)

• Time: Morning diving session (9:00 AM - 12:00 PM) in Sesimbra.

• Diving Activity:

  • Open sea diving baptism with our partner diving school in Sesimbra, exploring the clear waters and rich marine life of the region.
