2. Booking & Payment

​

• Bookings are confirmed upon full or partial payment, depending on the terms agreed.

• Minimum stay is 2 nights, unless otherwise arranged.

• Prices are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.

 

For retreats or group bookings, custom agreements may apply.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Accommodation bookings:

• Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival

• 50% charge for cancellations made 7–14 days before arrival

• No refunds for cancellations less than 7 days prior or in case of no-show

 

Retreats & Events:

• A non-refundable deposit may be required

• Balance payment deadlines will be communicated in advance

• For event-specific policies, refer to your booking confirmation

 

Travel Agents:

• Refer to your specific agreement for cancellation terms

If we cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (force majeure, illness, etc.), a full refund or alternative dates will be offered.

4. Use of Facilities

​

• All stays at AmarCintra are private by design. You will have exclusive access to the guesthouse and its dedicated garden and pool areas.

• Some areas of the land are reserved for the host family, who live discreetly on site. These are clearly marked and not intended for guest use.

• If you add rooms in the main house (upon request), shared areas such as the wine cellar lounge may be used by your group.

 

Guests agree to use all facilities respectfully and mindfully.

5. Guest Responsibilities

​

By staying at AmarCintra, guests agree to:

• Treat the space, people, and nature around them with care

• Respect quiet hours (22:00–08:00)

• Not host parties or bring unregistered guests without prior approval

• Leave the space in good condition and report any damage

 

We reserve the right to charge for damages or extra cleaning due to misuse.

6. Pets

 

Well-behaved pets may be accepted upon request only. Please contact us in advance to discuss suitability and conditions.

7. Group Retreats & Events

 

We welcome:

• Small private retreats led by trusted facilitators

• Creative or conscious team gatherings

• Workshops and immersive experiences

 

A custom agreement, pricing, and usage policy will be arranged depending on your event’s needs. We recommend scheduling a preliminary call or site visit in advance.

8. Liability

 

We are not responsible for:

• Accidents or injuries on the property, unless caused by proven negligence

• Loss or theft of personal belongings

• Delays or disruptions caused by third parties (transport, weather, etc.)

 

Use of the pool, trails, or outdoor features is at your own risk.

9. Legal Compliance

 

By booking or participating in any activity at AmarCintra, you acknowledge that all personal information will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

We comply with all applicable local and European laws regarding hospitality, consumer rights, and data protection.
