Persephone arrives when we find ourselves between who we were and who we are becoming — moving through change, uncertainty, endings or a descent we may never have chosen.

She is the force of integration: Maiden and Queen, light and shadow, innocence and wisdom. She reminds us that transformation is not only about what we leave behind, but about what we choose to carry forward.

Persephone does not ask us to escape the darkness. She asks us to walk through it — to meet what has been buried, recognize what the descent has taught us and integrate the different parts of ourselves into something more whole.

In this immersive online workshop, we will work with the archetype of Persephone through guided meditation, reflection, journaling and ritual, exploring cycles, transition, resilience, maturity and the wisdom that can emerge from the unknown.

This is a space to honor what you have lived through — and to return from the descent ready to stand more fully in your own sovereignty.
