In Magoito, grape harvest season is almost here. The grapes are ripening, the vineyard is changing colour and preparations are beginning for one of the most anticipated moments of the year.

On harvest day, everything starts early. Baskets, buckets and pruning scissors are prepared, the grapes are checked one last time and the rows are organised before the morning sun becomes too strong.

Family and friends gather, and the vineyard slowly fills with conversation, hands stained with grape juice and the rhythm of cutting and carrying.

The grape harvest is more than a day of work. It is a tradition, a gathering and a celebration of the season.
